Summary: This user guide provides concepts and procedures for working with the PharmForce intake module, which was a SaaS application for patient-intake managers at Crescent Healthcare to onboard new patients.
Production: Since the client required a common format they could work with after the project, I used Word to format and create the document and Acrobat to generate the online version of it. I was also responsible for the document's design and layout. In addition to it being available online, this user guide was designed to allow intake specialists to print and bind the document to keep available at their desks.
Authorship: I was the sole author of the user guide.
Audience: The audience for the user guide included Crescent Healthcare employees who managed the intake process for new patients.
