If the Consumer Portal is unable to identify your Gateway, the setup wizard will open the Register Your Gateway page to prompt you to enter your Gateway’s MAC address. The MAC address is located on the bottom of the Gateway. There are six sets of alphanumeric characters that make up the MAC address. Enter each set in separate fields in the order they appear on your Gateway. If you are prompted for this information, it will be only a one-time process.
