When you open the Consumer Portal you are required to enter your email address and password to access your account.

To log in to the Consumer Portal:

  1. Type the email address associated with your account. This should be the email address specified in your welcome letter or starter kit.
  2. Type the password you set for your account. If this is the first time you are logging in, use the temporary password that came with your welcome letter or starter kit (you will change this password after your first login).
  3. Click the Log-in button to access your account.

What if I forgot my password?

If you forgot your password, you can click the Forgot your password link on the Log In page to open a popup page where you can reset your password. In the popup page, type the email address for your account and then click Reset Password.

What if this is my first time logging in?

The first time you log in to the Consumer Portal you must use the temporary password that came with your welcome letter or starter kit. After you log in, the Consumer Portal guides you through changing the temporary password to your regular password. During your first login you should also be ready to set up your account (for example, name your rooms and devices) since the setup program also opens to guide you through your initial account setup.
